Shipping Policy

At Infinite Vapes, we aim to process and ship all in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on the same day. However, there are situations where it might take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Proof of Age:

For every shipment, we use Canada Post's Proof of Age 18+ or 19+ option. This means that every package requires a signature upon delivery. If you're not available when the delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office. To receive the package, you'll need to show Proof of Age to sign for it.

Please note that if Proof of Age cannot be determined and the package is Returned to Sender, no shipping fees will be refunded. This includes both the original shipping cost and the cost incurred for the return.


We process in-stock orders seven days a week, excluding Canadian holidays. If you receive a tracking number over the weekend or during a major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment but will be handed off to the shipping carrier on the following business day.

In case of any questions or concerns regarding your order, we may require additional processing time. We will contact you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Make sure to provide current contact information during checkout.

Foreseen order processing delays are communicated directly on the affected product's page. Site-wide notices are posted if we're experiencing a larger-than-normal order volume.

Free Shipping:

We offer free same-day shipping (not delivery) on all orders in Canada when the purchase totals C$75 or more. Typically, we use Canada Post Expedited shipping for free shipments in Canada.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders that we deem unreasonable to ship for free. If your item isn't successfully delivered due to reasons we consider your fault (such as providing the wrong address, failure to pick up the package, or underage recipients), we will deduct the initial shipment's shipping fees (even if it was initially free for you) and the fees for the return shipment charged by the carrier from any potential refund you might be eligible for.

Order Cancellation:

Changes or cancellations to orders are possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, you must return the package to us before receiving a refund; shipping fees are non-refundable.
